Cordoba Farms

Founded by Mr. Kaashif Asghar in 2018, Cordoba Farms is an ethical animal farm that is focused on humanely raised goats and dairy. We believe that farmers are custodians of land and have a crucial part to play in conserving God's natural resources and providing high quality natural farm produce. We ensure that our animals are raised with love and care; our aim being to yield high quality produce that is pure and wholesome.

All our animals are humanely-raised, naturally-fed and bred in a healthy environment. Our livestock are raised in semi-free-range setting where we compliment free grazing with cut-pasture feeding. The pastures our animals feed on is organic and free of harmful chemicals, synthetic pesticides and herbicides. No added hormones, growth additives GMO's and antibiotics are used at our farms.

Nowadays, many industrial farms raise animals in an unethical manner by mishandling animals, confining them to cramped enclosures and using heavy antibiotics and growth additives and hormones. Animals raised in industrial farms tend to be depressed, prone to illnesses and laced with unwanted additives. Consuming such farm produce would adversely affect our health (you are what you eat). Unlike Industrial farming, animals raised at our farm are reared traditionally without antibiotics and growth hormones putting emphasis on animal welfare, sustainability and ecologically sound practices; making our farm produce a healthy alternative.

One thing that is often overlooked when discussing "Halal" (lawful) in the Quran is "Tayyib" (wholesome and pure) is mentioned along with it. Both the conditions Halal (lawful) and Tayyib (wholesome and pure) are necessary when it comes to what we eat. This responsibility falls on farmers such as ourselves to provide such food as well as consumers to ensure that they consume pure and wholesome food that nourishes them and does not give them illnesses caused by the current trend of unethical mass-production practices.



At Cordoba Farms we understand the importance of Halal and Tayyib food, we offer full traceability for all of our animals. We only sell animals that we rear to ensure that our animals are raised naturally and humanely with love and care and without antibiotics and hormones.
